New Hampshire Department of Labor Notification
The State of New Hampshire Department of Labor, under the 实验室规则，第1403章.04, "Accident Reporting Requirements," requires within eight hours after its occurrence, employers report an employee accident which is fatal to one or more employees or which results in the hospitalization of three or more employees, to be reported to the Commissioner of Labor. Contact information for reporting these incidents is included in the chapter.
The Office of 环境卫生 and 安全 (OEHS) and the UNH Office of Emergency Management have established procedures to ensure the proper notification of all workplace accidents as described above. All questions should be directed to OEHS.
